Ricky Orville Miller, 69 of Barbourville, passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at his home. He was born in Pineville on February 8, 1957, a son of the late Earl and Betty Saylor Miller. Ricky had been a coal miner.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Danny Miller.
Ricky is survived by his sisters, Helen Daniels and Mary Lee and her husband, Scott; sister-in-law, Sandra Kay Miller; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Graveside services will be held at the Green Hills Memorial Gardens Mausoleum on Thursday, August 13, 2026, with Rev. Darrell Lowe presiding. Burial will follow at the Green Hills Memorial Gardens in Middlesboro with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
